Gary Rosen, Director of Customer Service
Gary brings experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Project & Program Management, and Support Functions to the table with C2. He firmly believes that every job is a customer service job – some customers are internal and some are external. Gary worked for MCI Telecommunications for nearly 15 years straight out of college, amassing great experience in hardware and software support for both internal groups and working onsite at customer locations. He built skills in project and program management and managed projects worth millions of dollars. Gary gained experience in channel solutions with Triad Airflow, learning skills that translate directly to C2. Entrepreneurial growth was made while building his own musical instrument business, both as a brick & mortar location and online. That business is still going strong after nearly 20 years. As a bolster to his customer service skills (and his love of football), Gary works part-time as a customer service rep for the Denver Broncos.
Besides football, Gary loves exploring the natural beauty of the West, animals, motorcycles, and playing the guitar.
